   My expertise in home construction and renovation gives me perhaps my most valuable advantage when it comes to buyer representation.  Especially when representing buyers purchasing recently renovated or newly built high end homes.  Very often flippers and inept builders look to charge a premium on poorly executed and badly installed details.  The tell-tale signs of these faults aren't self evident to buyers that would otherwise be ready to pay for them in the purchase price.  Just because it looks good doesn’t always mean it’s built to last, and I’m here to help you feel confident in your investment.
