   Ontario is currently facing a housing crisis, leading to rising real estate prices as our population grows.  To tackle this issue, many municipalities are permitting for the construction of ADUs(Accessory Dwelling Units) to increase housing density in established neighbourhoods.  ADUs, which can include in-law suites, garage apartments, basement apartments, tiny houses, and converted outbuildings, offer great solutions for providing additional housing, generating rental income, and alleviating shortages.
